Stark had spend the night here, not on a racecar bed (that would have been quite awkward since it had been occupied by Jaye), but on the floor cuddled up to an inflatable reindeer. The reindeer had seemed like a good pillow alternative at the time. Of course, at the time he'd just meant to sit down for a few minutes. Instead he'd fallen asleep and slept like the dead. Well, not quite like the dead. He would know.
When he woke, not in his own bed, he sat up quickly and looked around wild-eyed before the glitter and decorations made sense and he remembered where he was and relaxed. Sort of.
"Oh." He rubbed at his eye, then pushed the reindeer away. "Not a pillow."
