Annie was trying to be more excited than nervous today, but no matter what, the two were kind of co-mingling anyway. She might -- hopefully? -- get her wedding dress today! And she'd be filming an episode of television in the process, but whatever, that was just work, right?

And she was bringing Diego's sister. And her Fandom friends. And Maeve.

It would be fine.

And if she kept saying it would be fine, then it would be!

In any case, they were here -- along with a film crew, a gal who was not being shy at all about touching up makeup, Annie's boss Ashley (and her ubiquitous clipboard), and a bridal consultant who seemed torn between being thrilled at her big break and also like she might throw up.

Summer kind of hated the fact that she wasn't quite sold until she saw the back, but she would argue that things like this should be big picture, and she was totally in love now, too.

"Well," she quipped, because she could, she was the quippy, somewhat sassy bestie! Even if they had cut, you couldn't always just turn tgat off. "You're definitely not getting away with pockets in that one."

But, like, in all the best ways.

Then, more sincerely, "Seriously amazing, though."

Pockets were, tragically, the one major casualty of choosing this dress. But that was fine, since Annie was going to maybe find herself a robot assistant instead, anyway.

"I like the back," Annie shared, probably wholly unnecessarily. "It all kinda matches my ring?"

And her powers, but in a way that didn't scream Starlight's branding, and she liked that too.

"Which is, like, such an incredible way to bring in the details," Summer agreed. "Honestly, the more I keep looking at it, the more I'm all 'yes, totally, this.'"

"And it's not too much," Annie added with a note of uncertainty in case it was too much and she just couldn't see it. "Like, the sparkles are very...contained. And it's white and not ivory, and I kinda like that."

Even if it was...you know, the symbolic lie to end all symbolic lies, but whatever. White and gold was her thing.
