MCA #1 | Saturday Morning into Afternoon
On Saturday morning, bright and early - like, so, so hatefully early - Annie ventured out to make good on a stupid promise she’d made. All right, it wasn’t a stupid promise, but it was one Annie was really regretting now, because she knew how bad it had looked when she’d left. So much glitter. So many spilled shots. She herself had straight-up poured beer on the floor at least once and had to actually replace a lightbulb. Who knew what had become of the various reindeer?
Plus, she knew there were almost certainly people in there who would need carbohydrates and coffee to get through this day, just like she would. So, Annie made her way into Rey’s apartment, laid out the assortment of bagels and donuts she’d picked up and set a pot of coffee on (caf was a mystery she would ask Rey about later, but she’d noticed the coffee in the pantry before she’d broken it.) Then, she made a few trips back up to her own apartment to grab her vacuum, that glitter thing Barry had made her (bless you, Barry), a case of water bottles, and a bunch of cleaning supplies.
By the time she was done, the coffee was too, and Annie still kind of wanted to die, but at least the people waking up here would have caffeine and water and carbs at their disposal.
[for those waking up here or kindly helping to clean!please hold for just a touch of OCD and we are good, ping at will!]

Wake Up [12/5]
There is coffee, water, bagels, donuts, and plenty of aspirin to help you, all laid out on the bar top (which had been the first thing Annie cleaned.)
Re: Wake Up [12/5]
When she finally trudged out she asked, "Whose apartment is this?"
Re: Wake Up [12/5]
Lucky.

On the plus side, he was the little spoon with Summer.
The major downside was the hangover he had because he was a lightweight and never had ever had that much to drink in his life.
His eyes weren’t even open when the memories of last night started flooding into Barry’s brain.
“Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck,” he groaned. But very quietly.
But yes, that was his good morning to the world.
Re: Wake Up [12/5]
She'd been sort-of awake for a while at this point, actually, and had spent the whole time very much pretending she wasn't.

She'd get to all the Santa stuff in a minute. For right now, she was hungover enough, herself, to be merciful.

"Where am I?"
Sadly, this was normally the first question Cade asked upon waking. Cade made poor choices.
Re: Wake Up [12/5]
She wasn't cleaning up any of this glitter until people stopped tracking it everywhere.
"And maybe a shirt?"

Ohhhh.
The shirtlessness actually helped!
And Summer was suddenly super invested in the coffee over this way, the coffee was suddenly very important, yes.

It was not working.
But at least they didn't, like, have to freeze time for, like, a whole month or something just to get it done before someone's parents came home!

When he woke, not in his own bed, he sat up quickly and looked around wild-eyed before the glitter and decorations made sense and he remembered where he was and relaxed. Sort of.
"Oh." He rubbed at his eye, then pushed the reindeer away. "Not a pillow."
Re: Wake Up [12/5]
She was also sort of glad that at least one reindeer had served a purpose.

Clean/Repair the Apartment [12/5]
There is also still so much alcohol. Take some home if you can stand the sight of it.
Re: Clean/Repair the Apartment [12/5]
Yes, she still had her sunglasses on. It helped.
She was also kindly waiting to use the vacuum until everyone was at least awake, because she was a nice person, you're welcome.
Re: Clean/Repair the Apartment [12/5]
(He was hiding the hangover so hard. SO HARD.)
"Coffee! Non-eggnogged coffee!" he said as a small herd of clopping (so much clopping. Whhhhhhy the clopping) mini-horses cantered into the apartment with him, dropping marzipan.
Re: Clean/Repair the Apartment [12/5]
She totally had the glitter cannon for him, though, laid out proudly on the bar top. And she was hoping that Steve just didn't notice that the glitter in it perfectly matched what had been shot onto his lanai, whoops.

He had a bag in hand and was currently collecting oh-so-many abandoned solo cups.
Sparkling Clean Apartment! [12/5]
Plus it helped with the lingering beer smell. It was too cold to have the windows open for that long.
Re: Sparkling Clean Apartment! [12/5]
She did blink a couple times, like she wasn't sure if her eyes were playing tricks on her. "This is better than I expected."
Re: Sparkling Clean Apartment! [12/5]
Would not have been possible without the glitter vacuum, seriously, thank you forever, Barry.
